Thank you for visiting and shopping at Cluster Fitness NZ. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
 

Domestic Shipping Policy

Please allow 6-12 weeks shipping for all products listed on our website after payment has been made. Unless they are stated as being 'in stock'. 
Orders with a mixture of goods 'in stock' and on 'back order' will be shipped when we have received all items from our supplier.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
In the rare case there is delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges are calculated on a 'per order' basis.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

You can use the tracking number to enquire the status of your order. 

If you place an order which is 17KG+  we will use MainFreight to ship this to you and you will receive email updates along the way.
