The Land boat needs four people to work as a team.
The included two barbell hangers can be used to add extra weight.
With the pull-up bar in front of the boat can also be used to add additional weight.
Two sets of rope retainer are included to use with a rope or belt. This can then be used to acheive a wide range of movements. For example from the shoulder to to drag the land boat or pull-throughs.
